Pierre Brousse (France, 1951) graduated in Public Law (Sciences-Po Paris).
He began his career as a civil servant and then joined different cement companies, always
working with Southern European markets (Spain, Italy, and Portugal). He has been the COO
of Consolis and the President of CERIB (French Centre of Research and Study for the
Concrete Industry) since 2005.
He was elected President of BIBM in 2008 during the BIBM Congress in Vienna.
Renzo Arletti (Italy, 1955) graduated in Economics and Commerce (University of Verona).
He joined the RDB SpA Group as CEO in 2004 (1,400 people in 20 factories throughout Italy).
His extensive experience in the industry led him to guide strategic growth principally
through acquisitions, international expansions, restructuring and stock market listing with the
SACMI Group, Iris Ceramica SpA Group and Graniti Fiandre SpA.
He was elected Vice-President of BIBM in 2008.
Hermann Rudolph (Germany, 1952) graduated in Architecture in 1976 (University of Applied
Sciences, Constance, US).
He integrated Hermann Rudolph Baustoffwerk GmbH in 1979 and has since then founded two
other concrete companies (Concrete-Sportanlagen GmbH and Con4 AG). Since 2005, he is
the Vice-President of the German Precast Concrete Federation (Bundesverband Deutsche Beton
-und Fertigteilindustrie e.V.).
He was elected Vice-President of BIBM in 2008.
Jaime Delclaux (Spain, 1961), graduated in Law (Universidad de Deusto).
He has worked for the precast concrete industry since 1998. In 2000 he conducted the merge of three medium companies, forming Norten PH, where he is CEO.
He is Member of the Board of the Spanish Precast Concrete Association, ANDECE, and Member of BIBM Board since 2009.
He also is the Chairman of the BIBM Marketing Commission.
Olavi Korander (Finland, 1952) studied Civil Engineering (University of Technology, Helsinki).
Prior to joining the Consolis Group in 2000, he worked many years in R&D departments of various companies involved in the concrete sector. He is now Consolis Group's Technology Vice President.
He was elected Member of the BIBM Board in 2007.
Bernd Wolschner (Austria, 1951) studied Process Engineering (University of Technology, Graz).
He has worked for the SW Umwelttechnik Group since 1995 as a Member of the Management Board. He is a Member of the National Austrian Committee of the ÖWAV (Water and Waste Management Association), and was elected President of BIBM in 2005.
He was asked to keep a seat in the new Board as a Member.
Ton Pielkenrood (Netherlands) studied Civil Engineering (Technical College, Amsterdam).
He worked several years in the Netherlands and abroad (South America, Middle & Far East)
for the biggest Dutch construction company. In the 90s, he became the Director of a company specialized in construction advice. He is the Director of BFBN (Dutch association for precast concrete elements producers) since 1999.
He is the Treasurer since 2007.
Gernot Brandweiner (Austria) graduated from Graz’s University of Technology.
He has international experiences on worldwide building sites (Saudi Arabia, Algeria).
He later worked for precast concrete enterprises in Austria. Since 2002, he is the Managing Director
of the Association of Austrian Precast Industry (Verband Österreichischer Beton- und
Fertigteilwerke - VÖB) and was nominated Chairman of BIBM Technical Commission in 2009.
